Main Campus Library Conference Room Reservations

Reservations for conference rooms SRC 101G and SRC 201A are provided to CNM students, faculty, and staff with a valid CNM photo ID and must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

  • Reservations will be honored unless a group does not show up within 15 minutes after its start time 
  • When not reserved, the conference rooms are considered "open" for use and are available on a first-come, first served basis  
  • Groups should arrange to clear the room by their posted end time when another group is scheduled to follow directly afterwards

White boards are provided in SRC 101G and SRC 201A 

  • Patrons may check out dry erase markers from the Help Desk for up to three (3) hours. 
  • Patrons should erase the white boards prior to exiting the room 

Food and drink are allowed in the library's conference rooms with the following courtesies expected

  • Avoid placing food and uncovered drink in proximity of electronics or scientific models 
  • Dispose of all trash 
  • Leave tables and chairs clean 
  • Check the room for personal items before you leave 

Courtesy 

  • Clear the room by the end time of our reservation, no later than 5 minutes to the hour if another group is scheduled to follow your group 
  • Keep in mind that while enclosed, the rooms are not sound-proof and loud conversations can be heard outside the room 

Safety and Security 

  • Do not overcrowd the room or allow bags to block exit paths 
  • The Library is not responsible for any lost/stolen items 
  • Items turned in to the Library will be handled according to the Libraries Lost and Found Policy 
  • Report any problems or incidents to the Help Desk staff   

Violation of the policy terms may cause room use privileges to be revoked.
